BuildASign Acquires ReflectiveRealEstate.com

One of Austin’s fastest growing companies, BuildASign.com, announced the acquisition of ReflectiveRealEstate.com, an innovative sign company that manufactures and sells reflective real estate yard signs. Reflective sign technology allows real estate yard signs to be visible 24 hours a day when vehicle lights shine on them.

“We are very enthusiastic about the acquisition of ReflectiveRealEstate.com,” said Andy Knopp, Director of Corporation Development at BuildASign.com™. “They have a strong base of loyal customers and an impressive product line that we will be incorporating into our offering for all of our real estate and business customers.”

ReflectiveRealEstate.com, based in Norwalk, OH, is a national sign distributor that has been manufacturing and selling reflective sign products for over 15 years.  BuildASign.com plans to retain the ReflectiveRealEstate.com name, brand, and staff. Additionally, this acquisition will create two additional jobs in Austin, Texas, by bringing in-house the previously outsourced production of ReflectiveRealEstate.com’s orders.

BuildASign.com™ has acquired several companies over the past two years and is currently seeking out and evaluating several more deals in 2011. The e-retailer is looking at related companies with revenues between $100,000 and $5,000,000 annually.
