Humm’s Restaurant Review App Goes Live

Since initially taking their product to market in February 2013, Humm has been quietly making significant impacts on the local and national restaurant scenes. This unique approach is also yielding impressive opt-in rates by customers to join email lists and loyalty programs, which customers can also do right on the device.

The feedback shared by each customer on their experience is captured and instantly uploaded to Humm’s Insights Portal, a proprietary cloud-based software that business owners and managers can directly access to view actionable insights from raw customer data in real-time. The Humm Insights Portal also features a robust mix of tools that allows stakeholders to stay in-tune with their business while on the go.

    With as much money as companies put into “net promoter score” programs and processes, and the ROI seems specious, this product looks like a no brainer.
