regeneration during sleep very important for founders. I attribute getting enough of two things for immediate results
-1- getting/staying hydrated and
-2- getting enough oxygen

I'll tell you my start-up story : I was a stage manager in the West End of London. I wanted to move out of the city and work on something that I loved so I came up with the idea of a website selling beautiful paper and pencils! I bought all my stock at a trade fair in September and the site went live the next month. I had to find people who believe in my business idea and I had to overcome many obstacles, but in the end it was well worth it. And I did lose a lot of sleep over it.

Wow, he said “At the end of the day” and he literally meant “At the end of the day” rather than just using it as an empty filler/transition phrase.

Just think, he could have said “At the end of the day, they need a good night’s sleep at the end of the day to meet their work demands.”
