sitestuffSiteStuff today announced that it will soon offer three new business process improvement solutions aimed at increasing efficiency, lowering back office costs and promoting sustainability within the real estate industry. These new additions will complement the existing procurement solution, SiteStuff PROCUREplus™ for which the company has been widely recognized.

Beginning in September 2009 SiteStuff will expand its existing technology and services line to include SiteStuff PAYplus™, which provides conversion of paper invoices to electronic data for paper-free Accounts Payable processing; and SiteStuff COLLECTplus™, which automates rent payment processing and cash management. The highly anticipated SiteStuff ENERGYplus™ will round out the solution set and be fully integrated with ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager to monitor, manage and help reduce energy-related expenses. Each of these efficiency improvement products, formerly offered by rCash, a Yardi Company, will be compatible with leading property management accounting systems and provide a unique integration that is unlike any solution in the market today.

“SiteStuff has an exceptional reputation in the market for combining innovative solutions and value-added services and we are excited that these products will now be offered by them,” said Najib Halimi, Vice President, rCash. “Our clients will continue to experience existing service levels from current personnel related to processing centers, functionality and client relations,” said Halimi.

“We are very encouraged by the opportunity to offer these products and recognize the value they will bring to the market,” said Charlie Pace, CEO SiteStuff. “By incorporating state-of-the-art business processing services to automate paperless rent collection and receivables processing, clients can realize tangible savings over the manual data entry associated with traditional methods,” said Pace. “We are especially excited about the opportunity our clients will have to leverage the combination of PROCUREplus and PAYplus to implement an end to end procure-to-pay process,” he said.
