Uplogix Lands $2.3M of Planned $5.1M Round

uplogixAustin-based Uplogix, a provider of integrated remote IT management solutions, has landed $2.3M of a planned $5.1M round of financing, according to reports which cite a federal filing. The company landed $10M previously. Uplogix management team includes Tom Goldman, former CEO of NetBotz, James Dollar, co-founder, and Ken Kieley the former CFO at Wayport before their acquistion by AT&T.
