DoubleHorn Counts Blastro as New Customer

DoubleHorn Communications, the premier small business communications provider in Texas, announced today that it was delivering a hosted PBX Solution, IPOne Complete, along with datacenter and optical Internet access services, to Blastro Networks, the Internet’s leading HD-streaming music video network.

DoubleHorn, in conjunction with AboveNet is facilitating a 10 Gigabit Ethernet Internet connection for Blastro, which means Blastro will be able to deliver IP media content to its end users over a robust, unimpeded connection.

“One of our objectives was to find a Texas-based company that could address two of our biggest needs – improving our existing data and telecommunications network (IPOne Complete) and ensuring that our content could be delivered to our national and international end users without any bottlenecks,” said Fletcher Lee, COO of Blastro Networks. “In DoubleHorn, we found a company that could accomplish both of these tasks, while maintaining a superior level of customer service.”

“With more than four years under our belt and hundreds of customers, we have had the luxury of learning about the needs and wants of Small Businesses that have a big reach, like Blastro,” said Tab Schadt, CEO of DoubleHorn Communications, “Pairing our focused experience with our commitment to service and technological innovation, we now offer a selection of products and services that introduce compelling new features and cost savings to small and medium-sized companies.”

“This partnership with AboveNet is less than three months old and we already have a customer, Blastro, that is benefiting from this partnership,” said Schadt. “We believe there are a number of companies that would consider such connectivity options if they knew how reasonably priced and low maintenance this offering can be.”
