Fire Sale at IdentiPHI

Imprivata, the employee access management company, announced the purchase of assets from Austin-based IdentiPHI. IdentiPHI was formed to provide biometric alternatives to password access for computers. The company was founded in 2005, merged with a public company named Saflink that didn’t have much going for it, changed the ticker symbol to OTCBB: IDPHI and then continued to auger into the ground after that. IdentiPHI filed for bankruptcy protection in February of 2009.
