We found a great article by Jason Mendelson titled Why Startup Lawyers Frustrate Me. It’s a good read. Jason also co-wrote this great term sheet series that is publised on Brad Feld’s blog. There are postings over a span of years covering everything from drag along agreements to liquidation preferences. It’s a great resource for startups.
