Next Thursday is Austin Tech Happy Hour, sponsored by vcfo. The event will go from 6pm – 8pm officially, but it always seems that after 8 there are still several hundred people hanging around networking and enjoying themselves. We’ve rented out the Hi-Lo on the corner of 6th and Lavaca exclusively for our event, but they will start letting the general public in the doors around 9pm.

Some other event details for you:

• There is plenty of parking on the street (after 6 is free on the meter), and in parking garages a block away.
• The Belmont is next door and will have valet parking.
• The first 25 people in the door will receive a $5 coupon for Tiff’s Treats (and we’ll have some samples too).
• We’ll have a drawing for a free pass to the Central Texas Funding Symposium, which is the next day.
