ClickForensics LogoClickForensics, an Austin-based company that creates software to help people battle click fraud, today announced that they have raised a $10M Series B investment round. The lead investor was Sierra Ventures. Austin Ventures and Shasta Ventures re-upped in this round too. They announced Click Forensics for Publishers back in December after raising $5M in early 2007. The problem with click fraud is a tricky one to address, but the company publishes a Click Fraud Index to measure and report on it.
