It’s great to see the Austin Business Journal cover technology innovation with their Tech Innovation Awards series. Each week they will feature four finalists, and you can vote for your favorite. This week’s four include Bazaarvoice, ClickForensics, Pluck, and LifeSize. The award winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on November 29th. Online voting for Group 1 is here.

The AlwaysOn Network announced their first annual GoingGreen 100 list of the hottest private companies in greentech. They are trying to feature companies with "game-changing" technologies that make it possible for big businesses to go green. The winners list also goes on to note that greentech has become the 3rd largest investment class for venture capital. Companies were highlighted in several categories.
